Christopher Miller began dancing at the age of ten in Eustis, Florida. He quickly fell in love with the art and studied multiple styles of dance as well as musical theater. In 2010, he was accepted into a six-week summer intensive at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater in New York City. He also attended intensives at The Georgia Ballet and Atlanta Festival Ballet. Chris received a full scholarship to Santa Fe College’s dance program in 2013. During his two years there he joined a Hip-Hop dance crew called The Levitations and performed at various events around the area. In 2015, Chris was accepted by Florida State University’s dance program and spent the next two years there, joining The Tallahassee Ballet in 2016.

Throughout the years Chris has also done freelance guest appearances in Tampa, Gainesville, and Tallahassee. He has performed in shows such as Swan Lake, Coppélia, Peter Pan, and The Sleeping Beauty. One of his favorite performances was with critically acclaimed director, Evan Pappas, while playing Riff in West Side Story. Other theatrical productions he has appeared in include, The Ritz, Spamalot, Oklahoma, and Oliver!.

Chris has always loved dancing for The Tallahassee Ballet and hopes to continue dancing for as long as possible.
