Experience a beautiful blend of fine food and drinks by Hayward House and a taste of Tallahassee’s premiere ballet company. The historic beauty of Maclay Gardens will provide a sophisticated backdrop for the evening’s inaugural fundraising gala, benefiting The Tallahassee Ballet. This elegant event will honor and celebrate the remarkable achievements of two beloved members of our Tallahassee Ballet family, who will be proudly inducted into the prestigious legacy wall.

• The Maclay Gardens Visitors Center Lawn is the location for Bevs, Bites and Ballet.

• The event is outdoors, so please plan your dress and shoes accordingly. Ladies are advised to wear block or wedge heels due to the grass. We will have plastic heel covers in the event they are needed. Cocktail attire is preferred. At this time the weather predicted will be a high in the mid to upper 70s with a low in the 50s. Beautiful clear skies (fingers crossed)!

• When entering Maclay Gardens, please tell park staff you are attending “Bevs, Bites and Ballet” on the Visitors Center lawn. No payment will be required. Follow the main road until you reach the Visitors Center (where the main gated entrance/cobblestone path is located). The parking lot is directly next to the Visitors Center.

• There will be ample restrooms available.

• A Seating Chart with table numbers will be displayed upon entering. If you have not done so already, please send the names of those at your table to jenny@tallahasseeballet.org. If individual tickets were purchased, TTB will place individuals at tables along with their seating preferences.

• Food and drinks will be provided and served by Hayward House with a variety of buffet style heavy hors’ d oeuvres and a full bar.

• The Tallahassee Ballet company will be performing various pieces, alongside celebrations of former CEO Janet Pichard and former Artistic Director Tyrone Brooks

• At the conclusion of the evening, we invite everyone to enjoy dancing on the lawn!
